Vibrant Living is a powerful on-line group experience where we go on a transformational journey together over the course of a year.
In 4 cycles through the year, you’ll learn 10 habits from Yoga and Ayurveda which calm the nervous system and align you with daily and seasonal rhythms. When practiced and embedded into your life, these habits will give you deep energy, structure, and ease in your life and confidence in yourself and your place in the world,

Learn 10 habits from yoga and Ayurveda
If you've ever tried to change something in your life, you'll know how hard it is to do that on your own. The special thing about Vibrant Living is that we'll be working together as a group with a common intention. Research in behavioral science tells us that the quickest and easiest way to make a change is to do it together with a like-minded group. We'll use the understanding from this research to support our group while automating these 10 habits of self-care. Automating the habits will free up your energy and your mind to concentrate on the important things you have to do it in the world.

Hi It's Clare Fulton here: Yoga Practitioner and Teacher, Certified Yoga Health Coach and Ayurvedic Consellor (in training).
I've practiced yoga since 2005 and while looking for ways to take care of myself and support my practice and lifestyle, I discovered Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an ancient system that is as relevant today as it has always been. The wisdom found in yoga and Ayurveda helped me to simplify my life, to eat for my body, to increase my fitness and energy levels and helped me to feel alive again.
This newfound health began to awaken my deep desire to help others. My passion is to share my knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda to help people just like you. People I work with find balance, structure and happiness in their lives. Find themselves again.
When you are healthy in your body and mind, you are better able to be in the world doing great things!
