  • Work is not as satisfying as maybe it once was and daily life seems like a grind.

  • The kids have grown up and flown the nest and she’s wondering what’s next.

  • Retirement is in her mind but, while she might be tired of what is going on right now, she still feels she has a lot more to give. She’s just not exactly sure of what she wants to give and to whom.

  • She has a dream or two in the back of her mind, that she just hasn’t had time or the energy to fulfil. She has this nagging feeling that maybe she’s too old for it now and that feels depressing.

What is the Offer?

Take this highly personalised 6-week journey of self-healing and self-discovery. Face and transform your biggest challenges, whether they be healing issues of health, of relationship, of career or overcoming a hurdle or roadblock in your life. With me as your guide and your support, we will work in partnership to understand your issues, learn, and heal from them and open-up to a better way to enjoy your life.

At the end of our time together, you will be a bigger, better version of yourself. You’ll know all that enhances your life at a deeper level. You’ll also know how to manage the causes of your pain and how to counter them. You’ll see your life through different eyes, and you’ll have tools and practices to routinely lean on and to utilise in times of need.

How does it work?

  • Our time together begins by getting an understanding of your most important and pressing issue and work on your goal to transform it.

  • We’ll spend a bit of time understanding where you’ve been in your life and how you got here.

  • We’ll work with ideas to combat challenges, change your thinking patterns, overcome obstacles and fears, build great habits and practices to make your life smoother and more fun.

  • You will try out those actions for change and get a result.

  • Using the result, we’ll work together to decide how to proceed, to modify or change the strategy, to get the result you are aiming for.

  • I suggest that we meet on a fortnightly basis. I find this time window gets the best results.

Outcome/What I can Offer

It takes structure and a good mindset to reach your goals and realise your desires. Left on your own, you’ll get disheartened at the first hurdle or downplay your real dreams and play small. You might give in to your fears and succumb to your self-sabotaging habits. With the right support, you can dream big and achieve what you set out to do, with the confidence of someone who has done it before you and helped many others achieve their dreams.

Working with Me

My greatest passion is to inspire women to better their world and I love to create transformational opportunities to awaken, encourage and focus your true potential.

I have a warm, approachable, and professional style and you can expect sessions to feel enjoyable and supportive. However, I will also challenge your habitual thinking, encourage you to move out of your comfort zone and keep you on track to achieve the goals that you set for yourself.

I am a yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic health counsellor, as well as a coach and supporter of people. I draw from my years of study in yoga, yoga philosophy, ayurveda science and 3 principles coaching to help give my clients a fresh understanding of themselves and to help them have a better experience in their lives.

I have been hosting a women’s transformation group programme called Vibrant Living since 2018. This programme inspires and helps women on their journey to thrive. It reignites a deep knowing and love for self, in a safe and supportive community environment. As coaching is focused on making positive change, it’s important that you are mentally and physically well enough to move forward. If you are suffering with severe mental health issues, have suffered a recent bereavement or break-up, and are feeling very fragile or emotional then a counsellor or therapist may be better placed to support you at this time.
